With years of experience in destination management across Asia and the Middle East, he founded Fox Travel Technologies to unite RedFox Travel and Elevated Journeys under one growing ecosystem. Beyond the boardroom, Pankaj is a father, lifelong learner, and firm believer that people and innovation are the true drivers of progress.

Karn Gulati is a strategic business leader passionate about innovation, growth, and digital transformation. His experience across business development, partnerships, and technology-driven solutions helps FTT strengthen its position as a forward-thinking travel technology platform, empowering partners through scalable and efficient solutions.

Gunjan Arora serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading the company’s overall operations strategy.

He is responsible for driving operational excellence across geographies, building scalable processes, enhancing productivity, and enabling sustainable growth across the organization.

Before joining Fox Travel Technologies, Gunjan spent 14 years at MakeMyTrip, where he led large, complex functions across the Customer Experience for the Holidays business.

Known for his people-first approach and strong focus on execution, he brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth.

Jeremie Descelles is a seasoned commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry across Asia. As Vice President of Sales – Thailand, he brings a strong background in strategic sales leadership, business development, and market expansion, with a consistent focus on building lasting partnerships and driving sustainable growth. Known for his collaborative style and strong people skills, Jeremie combines commercial discipline with a warm, practical approach to leadership, making him highly effective in both regional and international business environments.
